Established in 1980, Freudenberg & Vilene Int'l Ltd (FVI) is a joint venture between two global leaders in the interlining market, Freudenberg & Co in Germany and Japan Vilene Company.

We offer comprehensive product range from nonwovens, wovens, knit, weft-inserted to high-end canvas and preformed products. Our products cover applications on ladieswear, menswear, shirt to various specialities. 

Continuous availability, speedy and reliable delivery is essential and critical in our customers’ daily operation.  At FVI, we ensure stable supply through our state-of-the-art production sites, strategically located in P.R. China (Nantong and Suzhou), Taiwan, Korea and India.

Vilene products have attained Oeko-Tex Standard 100 Class I and Class II Certificates.  Our products also have low formaldehyde level, APEO and Azo dyes FREE. 

By close-meshed inspections and tests, we make sure that all tolerances and quality requirements are strictly complied with - from the fibres supplied up to the finished product. Vilene’s quality checks exceed even the strictest guidelines.

With its Asian headquarter located in Hong Kong, our sales network, studio and technical support stretch all over the region.  At present, FVI has 29 sales offices in 15 countries,  18 studio in the region providing all rounded support from interlining recommendation, fusing press audit, on-site training to quality assurance seminar.
